You can manually export email addresses from Gmail to a CSV or Excel file using the following steps
1: Log in to your Gmail account
2: Click the nine-dot grid icon in the upper right-hand corner to open the Google Apps section
3: Click the Contacts option
4: Click the Export option in the left side menu
5: Select on of the following file formats:
– Google CSV (google.csv) – If you want to import these contacts into another Google account or other applications
– Outlook CSV (Gmail-to-outlook.csv) – If you want to import these contacts into a Microsoft Outlook application
– VCard Format (contacts.vcf) – If you want to import these contacts to Apple address book or other Mac applications
6: Click Export and your file will be downloaded to your computer
